Legal Communications Group Wins Silver Telly Award for “False Claims” TV Campaign

Our 2022 "False Claims" campaign for Preszler Injury Lawyers won Silver in the Regional TV – Campaign: Business-to-Consumer category.

The campaign was created to address a challenge many accident victims face after an injury: separating fact from fiction when dealing with insurance companies. Too often, consumers are persuaded by reassuring advertising and promises that insurers will "take care of everything" or have their best interests at heart. In reality, insurance companies are focused on protecting their bottom line, often by minimizing claim payouts. Many injury victims don't realize this until after they've accepted a settlement and regret not consulting a qualified attorney first.

Each commercial examines common misconceptions, misleading advertising, and false promises that can influence claim decisions. By contrasting insurance company messaging with the realities of the claims process, the series encourages viewers to make informed choices before accepting an offer or giving up their legal rights.

Through concise, engaging storytelling and straightforward messaging, the campaign reinforces Preszler Injury Lawyers' belief that effective legal representation is built on honesty, authenticity, and trust.
