The Wall Street Journal recently published an article on “The Effects of Trial Lawyers Advertisements on Jury Pools for Talcum Powder Cases.” This article featured a TV commercial that Legal Communications Group produced for one of our clients, The Yost Legal Group.

The article discusses how lawyers defending the big drug companies are arguing that trial lawyer TV ads are tainting jury pools. Attorneys for J&J sought to move four trials on talcum powder causing ovarian cancer out of Saint Louis due to so many lawyer TV commercials in that market, but a judge rejected the request.
